Future land for development
Fasteignalausnir owns 291 hectares of
investment land which is
well situated in Mosfells Town close to
Reykjavik.
The land has excellent access to
the motorway network. It is only about 15 – 20 minutes away from
Reykjavik centre by car.
The current Development Plan does not classify the
land as a residential development area. However, the
preparation process for gaining planning permission
is ongoing.
